U8’s Bears
Match Summary:
Another really strong showing from the team this morning!
The pitch felt a little tight and made it tricky to play the flowing football we’ve seen in recent weeks, but the players adapted well and put in a determined performance from start to finish.
There were moments of frustration, but the team handled it brilliantly — showing great teamwork, attitude, and perseverance throughout the game.
Well done to everyone for their effort, and thank you to all the families for arriving in good time for the early kick-off!

U9’s Bears
Match Summary:
What a fantastic game ! All the boys should be pleased with the team performance, I am certainly very proud of how we played ! We were unlucky not to convert a couple of chances to bring the score line even, but it really showcased the the defence we have been working on in training today and some awesome clearances and tackles to win back ball.
Player of the Week: Jude W
Awarded by the opposition for his amazing Penalty Save! Well done Jude!
U10’s Bears
Match Summary:
On a cold autumn morning in Cullingworth, the Bears welcomed Oakworth for a spirited fixture. The team started brightly, with the attacking line linking up well and creating several early chances.
In the second quarter, fresh legs brought renewed energy. The Bears held the ball up well, passed with precision, and kept Oakworth pinned in their own half.
Oakworth responded but the Bears quickly answered back with a clever individual effort from a tight angle. The wide players had worked tirelessly throughout, contributing both defensively and in attack.
The final quarter saw Oakworth push hard, scoring early and creating multiple chances. Fortunately, the Bears’ goalkeeper was in excellent form, making two crucial saves to keep the game alive and an excellent match from both sets of players!
Player of the Week: Joseph
Hat Trick Hero!
